What's So Special About Front Row Center's Concert Print?
We think that our prints are the best live concert prints available, period. Front Row Center's prints are produced on the Agfa D-lab 2 digital photographic printer. These are true photographic prints (not inkjet or dye-sublimation prints) on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. The result: superb colors, pure whites, together with exceptional color image stability, producing razor sharp, 200-year-longevity archival prints with excellent depth and added dimension. Front Row Center photographers shoot the whole show, they have access to areas of the stage that allow them to get unique shots and to capture the memorable moments of the show.
How Soon Will I Get My Print?
FRC orders will generally be shipped within 3 weeks of purchase, regardless of shipping method. Processing the custom orders from each show involves individual printing and packaging. We strive to get orders out as soon as possible, but please be aware of the timetable if ordering for a specific occasion.
Why Does FRC Only Offer UPS Ground and USPS Priority for domestic shipments?
We chose to do this because faster (and more expensive to customers) shipping methods will not significantly speed up the process of getting a print . We have each order custom printed. Choosing overnight mail would not mean you get your package overnight, because we still have to send each order to the printer, wait for them to process it and return the print to us, and ship it out. In order to avoid confusion about fulfillment, we chose to limit our shipping options. If you have any questions about the whereabouts of an order or estimated delivery time, please don't hesitate to email us at info@frcphotos.com, and let us know the date you placed the order, order number if you have it, and show, and we will let you know the status of the order. All orders are tracked, so no order will be lost in the mail. We try to expedite orders as quickly as possible.
I Didn't Get a Confirmation Email. What Should I Do?
Spam filters seem to be interfering with some of our confirmation emails, and we apologize. If you don't get a confirmation email, check your spam filter. If it's not there, please email us at info@frcphotos.com and let us know. Please include the day you placed the order, the amount of the sale and the shipping method, if you remember. We will send out confirmation.

Your local framer will help you select the frame that best coordinates with the print you've chosen, and the ideal mat.
